Attorney M. Blair Bigelow is a 1983 graduate of the University of Toronto and a 1987 honors graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where he was awarded several American Jurisprudence awards for academic excellence. Attorney Bigelow specializes in workers compensation, third party and social security disability law. Oftentimes, he is able to coordinate benefits so that someone who is injured at work can simultaneously pursue a claim for workers compensation benefits, a claim against a third party, and a claim for Social Security benefits if unable to return to work. Attorney Bigelow is admitted to practice in all courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing with his wife and three children.
Philip J. Puglisi
Attorney Philip J. Puglisi is a 1985 honors graduate of the University of Lowell and a 1990 honors graduate of Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk Law School he was a finalist in the National Mock trial team competition. Attorney Puglisi specializes in all types of injury claims such as motor vehicle accidents (including pedestrian, motorcycle, bicycle and tractor trailer accidents) defective products (including industrial and consumer products) construction site accidents (including falls, collapses and machine injuries) and insurance claims (including coverage and liability disputes). Attorney Puglisi is licensed to practice in all courts in Massachusetts, and in the United States District Court. He is a member of the Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. In his spare time, Attorney Puglisi enjoys the company of his wife and two children as well as restoring muscle cars from the 1960's.
